Just a few hours ago I was in a Ramuh HM trial via Trial Roulette as a White Mage. I've been having odd connection issues for the past week since I came home from a friend's.

I had no trouble at all while I was at my friend's place, or even the days before, but since I've been back I'm having the "rubber-band" effect going on for the majority of the time I'm online. It clears up in the morning hours (I'm from Texas), strangely enough.

I know that it'd be best if I didn't use healing or tanking jobs while I'm having these problems, but I've somehow managed to make things work without anyone complaining, although I know I'm more likely to eat AoEs and struggle to keep up the tank while I'm not there.

Anyway, I have a few questions:

1. Is there anything I can try to make this less of an issue? I'd prefer to try free, not-likely-to-mess-up-my-computer options first.

2. Concerning the above instance I was in, Ramuh was killed during one of these lag spikes. I received all the chat log messages of people saying bye and whatnot, but I'm not sure if I received the roulette bonus, as I was hit with a 90002 error shortly after. When I logged back in, I was in the cleared instance alone, and I saw the checkmark on the Duty Finder, so I'm not sure if I did or not.

3. On a related note, is it possible to contact a GM regarding the above? Would they be able to see if my character was awarded the bonus or not? I admit I didn't look at my experience bar before entering.

Anyway, I'm sorry if this is in the wrong place.
