3. Review quest rewards.
4. Pray at first altar.
5. Review received item.

When HW came out they tweaked the job quests to include the "Vintage" artifact gear so that new players leveling would have decent starting gear

The quest rewards are given out when you complete the quest. Anything you get during the quest isn't listed in the rewards.
