Because I think its the cutest head glamour in the game. :O I like wearable merch and own a lot of game/anime related hats. My favorites are the OMG hat from Gaia Online (From way back in 2004) and the Servbot head from Capcom.

Oh you mean a real life wearable cap, alright makes sense now.
