    They were sold at SDCC and Japan Expo in limited quantities (SDCC sold out in about an hour) so the ones you are already seeing in game are from one of those events. They will be shipped to the general public July 27th in Japan for first run and September 17th for 2nd run and late August for NA. Not sure on the date for EU.
