+102 parry over base resulted in a parry rate increase of 0.89%

I'll grant the results could be anomalous but I didn't honestly think it could be THAT bad. Why does this stat exist?

Of course it's only a small sample size, but those numbers aren't looking good for those parry princesses out there.

There's no need to try to turn this into a petty us vs them scenario and insult people.
