Have you analysed the status of the other secondary stats to come to this conclusion? How have those changed? If you care to share? I agree that it's meaningless to say "our stats are less potent then they were in Lv50 so all the stats are garbage now." We need to look at the relative value of stats between their Lv60 counterparts, not compared to the meaningless Lv50 state.

Ultimately, we want to know the effect of one point of parry, versus the effect of one point of skill speed/crit/determination, all at level 60. Their old values at level 50 are irrelevant and has no bearing on their value now.
