I have PC, Mac, and PS4 versions of the game attached to my service account. I was playing the game just fine and dandy. I get kicked form the game and when I try to log in, it tells me I don't have access to a full version of the game and to hop on over to mogstation to register one.

Odd I thought...

Well when I pop into Mogstation I see my service account is suspended (no email as to why) and after poking around I notice the Mac client disappears from my list of clients. I realize they must be working on my refund. Wonderful, well the refund itself went through a few days ago it's time they finally caught up with it.

So a few hours pass... my account is still locked out and the game AND lodestone is telling me: I have no full game associated with my service account though mogstation tells me I own a full copy of the PC and PS4. So I can't log into lodestone or the game.

Is anyone else who got a Mac refund experiencing a similar issue? I'm having to wait until noon my time to contact customer support to deal with this unfortunately, but hoping someone might have an idea as to what's going on here.
