[dev ????] Current/Past Event City Fireworks

It is very common to hear the fireworks going off while in the city, but there are so few places you can stand to see them. May I suggest you have them shoot higher overhead, or reposition where they are at?

For Ul'duh you can see the top of the wall facing the front gate(or better if you go outside the gate) but its just the top of the particles you are seeing. I think they should be shot further over head so its hard to miss them on the main road.

In Limsa I forgot which bridge I had to be standing on to see, though I finally did get to see the full display. However I could hear them going off everywhere in the city with a constant spin of the camera not a firework in sight.

In Gridinia I have not found where to see the fire works at

Love setting them off for folks when we are in behests or just for fun too.

And yes, it's a little thing but I did try to show my little brother, who btw would LOVE to play this game, and was FINALLY able to show him the fireworks.

Don't think the OP is complaining just making a great point. It's nice to stop and just watch once in a while to take your mind off of things.

yes I did not know either, I only heard them so I did a shout. They told me to go outside the gate to see them. And this morning I noticed I could see them on the stairs infront Ruby Road Exchange - facing the outer wall.

But thats my point a lot of people didnt even know there is beautiful fireworks to watch every few minutes. I am sure it was just an oversight in placement. more people should be enjoying the beautiful effects your team put hard work into

If I remember correctly you can see the Gridanian firework display if you stand on the slope just outside the adventurers guild and look up and to the south-west (over the big lake).

It'd be nice if the fireworks had a more illuminating effect on the ground.

During bonfire night in the u.k the light from fireworks can illuminate houses and even people even though they're shot quite a big distance into the sky. It'd certainly add more colour to Ul'dah if it light up in reds, greens, yellows and blues whenever a firework went off

And imagine looking/hearing them go off inside the gridania adventures guild, through the stained glass windows. It would create all kinds of cool lighting [= (overkill?)
