New Ex Roulette does not give Light for Zodiac Weapons? Supposed to be?

Hi,
I decided to go the way and finish my Zodiac Weapon and just arrived at the Light farming step.
So I tested a few ways to get Light and found out undersized party does not give Light (But I think that is supposed to be)
But also the new lvl 60 Ex roulette does not give Light either? Is that correct? I dont see anything concerning this in any patch notes. And it is really bugging me since it kind of would be the best way to farm light as an DD :/

I guess they don't want people to do level 60 duties with a terrible weapon.

But Queues for lvl 50 duties take forever as a DD...

From level 53 on duties wont give you light. I noticed that as my war was on his last mahatma when heavensward came out.
Was confused in first place but in some ways makes sense in others not but yes Ravanna upwards no light at all :/
