So whats the deal just returning us to these settlements and not back to the npc quest giver like before? Are we not spending enough gil for you?

Yeah it's annoying. It cuts into the gil reward for the leve quests. I set my return to Ishgard tho, so pretty much every other run I get a free ride back.
