Can we plz be able to do something with commendations?

There ok, but theres only 7 rewards you can get with commendations 2 mounts, 1 minion, 1 head & chest piece, 1 title, and 1 barding. Im talking more along the lines of using them as tokens.

Yeah, 7 rewards. That's a lot. And it is essentially the same thing as using them as tokens. Each new reward can be seen as spending the difference in required commendation if it makes you feel better.

But no, they should not be able to be spent like tokens on stuff. Because then people will make an even bigger deal out of them than they are and complain about not getting them.

I've thought this before but the problem is commendations are unfair and always go to the healer or tank it seems. When I play as DPS I pretty much get none, only once in awhile. WHM is my main, and I'm always getting at least 3+ each run of an 8 person one, usually 2 or so on a 4 person. Typically I'll give mine to some random DPS since I know they don't get many. It's not that DPS aren't valuable, it's more that it's hard to see when a DPS does something that really helps everyone out, where most people seem to just think "well we made it through this, must have been the healer keeping us alive" type thing.

Funniest crap I've read since the guy a few days ago who was mad that aetherial currents were too time consuming to get and that since they showed flying in the trailer and gave us a flying mount in the CE that we should get flying as soon as we get to HW. Still giggling at this thread.

The rules, as they were explained to me shortly after commendations were released:

The tank always comms the healer, and the healer always comms the tank.
The two DPS comm each other.

That way everyone gets a commendation.

The exceptions are:
- Did someone perform a fight saving miracle? (e.g. kited a boss from 5% to death.) Give them all the comms.
- Did someone do a jobs so bad you were tempted to abandon the dungeon? Don't give them a comm.

I can already see the endless complaints of entitled players not getting enough comms and beg to be giving out like candy if they took this route.

I give commendation randomly because it doesn't matter unless someone really stands out.
