    What exactly is happening with nuggets and the like for 1.19?

    I know they're disappearing, and most likely the items in other professions having similarly obsolete functions will be disappearing as well. Are they just getting removed? Compensation of any sort? I'm I just out the twelve stacks of iron nuggets I currently have tucked away?

    Also... will SP gains reflect the removal of intermediary components?

    old recipes are in the game in the same time that the new recipes for 1/2 patch. (1.19 >> 1.20)
    You have this time for use your nuggets (sorry for my very bad english )

    I thought things like nuggets would remain, but parts like iron axe butt, bronze knife head, and spearhead clasp were going away.

    Correct. Nothing was said about nuggets going away, just parts. Plus recipe simplifications.

    I just saw the list of items being removed. It is HUGE. It's like... they're getting rid of EVERYTHING. I have about a million saved up hq stacks of nugs, and not to mention about a hundred other things i was saving and what now!? They go to waste I guess

    I really am enjoying most of the changes SE is making but this seems like a bit much. The crafting system as it is now is cool because it's so realistic. I mean I'm all for making it like "fabric + thread = shirt" because that is usually how a shirt is made but please please I hope its not like "iron ingot + fairy dust = magical longsword" o_O ..... just seems like they might be going a little overboard here with the amount of items being taken away.

    We're gonna get extra inventory space but it's just gonna haunt us cause there won't be anything to fill it with..LOL

    Oh well, I guess I won't know what it's like until the patch is out, I am just a bit nervous that's all.

    They're removing ALL canvas gear and ALL pink gear.

    This is just stupid. No wonder this game is dying faster than FFXI.
