    I wouldn't say encounters have changed much. There's still a lot of dodging and handling mechanics to do in most cases, but currently speaking, many of the current end-game encounters usually encourage stacking and standing still for extended periods of time, so there's that to look forward to. I find excessive movement to be an anomaly nowadays.

    I can also say that your wishes have been heard, at least if your Main Class tag is correct! White Mages get 3 new instant heals on the path to 60 that can be used on the move; Asylum (places a healing zone in the desired area), Assize (an instant Medica that also causes damage, plainly speaking) and Tetragrammaton (a simple, instant heal on a single target). That said, these skills have too long of a cooldown to replace the usual bread and butter of Cure and Medica, but they definitely help giving White Mages just a tiny bit more mobility which has always been somewhat lacking. And they also have the added benefit of very much solidifying the White Mage's position as king of burst healing.
