Hello. I'm rolling on this server but there are obstacles and questions I have first.

1. When is the best time to sneak by the character lock? It seems like it is always blocking character creation

2. Are their groups that raid on NA evening periods? I live in Japan but I work at home and thus the best playing hours for me are during the middle of the day (which equates to the evening in the north american times usually).
