New Leveling Guide please?

I'm quit playing FFXIV from December because my work was getting intense, now finally i can back to Eorzea but i see too many changes that confuse me so bad.
So.. anyone have guide tips for leveling on this new patch?
Im actually a MRD 29, don't know what to do..

Just like.. Do some guildleves! Get with 2 friends, pick the same ones out, and link them at the aetherite. You'll get 2 levels from that probably in one night. Pick 30's leves.

From patch note that you would miss it.

-Defeating an enemy of a higher rank than oneself now awards more skill and experience points, while defeating lower rank enemies yields less skill and experience points.
-Party bonuses have been adjusted to award larger amounts of skill and experience points based on party size.

So you can find party and grinding with some Yellow or Red Mobs then you can check Behest time with /clock.

Guildleves still give you good skill point, don't make it waste.

best efficient way to level up is to find another 3 people and make a static party for leve link every reset.

30-can get at lv 23
Limsa
Cassiopeia; Necrologos inferno.
Cedarwood; Lightsome verdure.

Uldah
Nanawa Mines; Necrologos; adamantine wills.
Nophicas well; Necrologos ; Levishower?

lv 40(you can get when you are 33.)
Uldah
Broken water; Dunesfolk for dinner*** this one gives best sp with the one below.Currently i just do this one and ranine for sp.

I dont bother with gridania leves as with this ones i already have enough sp and is faster/cheaper on anima.

Basicly when there is 1 mob left you fail it to ensure you get it again next reset.Dont need to get it , it resets automaticly on your log.Only need to talk with AG npc.

That is the fastest and most efficient way to level up atm.

Try killing the Lemur's and the Goblins in The Dark Shroud. That should get you several levels. You can solo or team up with someone.
