    For Woolen Yarn you need Karakul Fleece. In the list with the items no longer dropped by enemies is no Karakul Fleece. The only problem is Lanollin, which need Karakul Skin. Maybe we get Karakul Skin as leve reward.

    edit: you can make Lanolin with Sheep Skin, too
