    The old material recipes are being updated to be in line with the new ones though. The old recipe thing is so people can get rid of their "parts" type items by making stuff out of them. BTW great sig lol

    Nope, the new recipes will co-exist with the old recipes, however the issues with the raw > base mat recipes is that they're not "new", but rather "updated", as is listed in the post. You can still make them walnut masks from those walnut lumbers, but those logs are only gonna give you one, instead of 4 lumbers post 1.19.

    First, thank you. I was inspired just a minute ago and I thought it applied well.

    The recipes listed are the "new" recipes. The old materials and recipes will still be in the game along side the new ones til 1.20. Right? Just want someone who remembers this being said a few weeks ago and that I'm not cray-cray.

    yes, the old recipes will stay in place until after 1.20, but on recipes like where the yarn is being adjusted from 12-1 when you make yarn you will only make 1 after 1.19. that is, unless they changed it.

    thank goodness i did my leatherworker before this patch.....farming 500 skins for those 2000 leather was horrible, but whoever does it next gets to farm 2000 skins for those same 2000 leather.

    well for instance, the fact they only listed 1-2 colors per equipment. I'm pretty sure you'll be able to dye them more than just 1-2 colors. Like someone said, it would just make a very large post even more large.

    Are.. at least.. i hope so... (X.X)

    It will take less leather to actually make a finished product by a good margin. You still come out ahead for already having it but it won't be that big a deal for people doing it after.

    well no, you can still use your nuggets after the patch.

    what you'll want to do is to turn all your ore into nuggets before the patch, and logs > lumber, skin > leather etc.

    If anything, makes things like leatherworking a little more realistic. I mean, how do you get 4 leathers from 1 piece of skin? But on the flip side I would see people's frustration, with farming more for less. Win some lose some imo

    are you honestly trying to tell me that doing 18x the amount of synth to get the same amount of materials to grind with at higher levels by making those low level items, which give 0 sp at that point, is not going to slow down the ranking up process?
    you're looking at the old level requirements and mats, this has completely changed. They also removed canvas. With the new recipes cotton bolls are for cotton yarn which it looks like is only used for cotton and velveteen cloth.
