Their point is that if you were in a dungeon and the tank pulled, say, 3 mobs, you could 5 stack chakra, single target down the mob, then 5 stack again since you'd be "out of combat" due to only attacking one mob.

1. That's not how it works
2. You just lost 440+360 potency by not using EF and HF on 3 targets to be able to use a 320 potency hit once or twice, meaning the whole idea is stupid


Considering we start fights without 15% aspd and 27% dmg I don't see how we would ever be strong.
