One way I would have liked SE to have done Forbidden Chakra is make it use-able without Chakra stacks but it will have a lower potency and with a 30 second recast timer. And then give it an additional effect where you can charge up Chakra stacks with meditation and if you have 5 stacks your Forbidden Chakra does a high potency attack at the cost of 5 chakras. So it's simila to DRG's power surge ability.
