Problems in the Alpha Quadrant

I recently hit level 58 fishing.I did my level 58 quest, and unlocked aetherfishing. I then equipped my fiend worms and headed to Azys Lla.

The issue I'm having is finding the fishing spot in the alpha quadrant. I've read that the level 58 hole is at (16-12.) I've been everywhere on both the upper level where the rainbow water is, and the lower level where the dark sludgy water is, and nowhere does it allow me to fish.

I triple checked and I have aetherfishing lit up under traits. The only thing I can think of is that the listed level of 58 is a mistake, but why would they give us the ability at 58 if there are no level 58 holes?

Hopefully someone can point me to what I'm missing.

16, 12 is the right location it's in the rainbow water around the clockworks, there should be a pillar in the middle of the water you can stand on to fish off of safely.

It was something buggy. I was standing on the pillar you suggested, and anywhere I went the fishing button was greyed out and couldn't be used. I got frustrated, and started pushing every ability button that was lit up. I hit chum, and it tossed out chum and had me in the fishing position. Then all of a sudden my fishing button's light came on.

I hit it, and it fished. Ever since I've had no problems.

I've been having the problem of Cast not lighting up as well, on Hellfishing holes. Chum and Patience will light up and I need to use one of them for Cast to light up. Similarly, sometimes at normal holes I will be able to use Chum but not be able to Cast after it. I don't even...

At least it's not just me. I've been racking my brain trying to figure out if I'm doing something wrong or missing something.
