    From what I heard, BLM is 100 years from beating BRDs in term of clunkyness. Worst scenairo is we have to sacrifire a F4 for F1 which is 180 Potency lost. Swiftcast can be used for that. I mean, I haven't seen a fight where a melee destroyed my DPS with movement.

    The one thing we need is SE fix Enochian so it fits our CD rotation because Enochian is delaying everything right now. They need to make Thundercloud more viable in the rotation. I don't see us needing an extended Astral Fire.

    To be fair, there isn't heavy movement fights in 3.0 right now. I have to move sometimes but it doesn't kill my DPS.

    I guess they'd have to somehow lengthen the effective duration of Enochian, or if you want to sort of encourage the use of Thundercloud procs in the rotation, have a Thundercloud proc Thunder III extend Enochian duration by a set amount without triggering Blizzard IV's diminishing returns (10 seconds, maybe?). It's a little too RNG for my tastes, but I don't see them messing with Thunder III's damage and instead think they may try to create some synergy between it and Enochian.

    * The sad thing is that FFXIV turned RDM into a turret, and people think that's what it's supposed to be. It's supposed to combine sword and magic into something more, not spend the bulk of gameplay spamming spells and jump into melee for only 3 GCDs before scurrying back to the back line like good little casters.
