I knew one day this would happen.

A Tank player called me a "**** Casual" and told me to "***** off" for not playing the game the way he wanted me to play and then rage quit right after telling the entire group that he has instant queue and we don't so he rather take that 30 minute penalty then instant queue back up for a different group over playing with us "casuals" who ruined the game and made FF14 too "casual".

So how long have you all played through the game without being called a "casual".

Well normally casual is not an insult^^
I don't think it was ever used to Insult me either (so never?)

The Tank was obviously baddly mannered from what i read in your post,
but may I ask what your playstyle is that set him off so much and what he wanted you to do? (don't misunderstand me i assume it is something trivial and i know that some Players are simply mean for the most unnessecary reason but i already got some Players with "unique" playstyles and was just wondering (worst was the Blm who rp'ed as lightning mage....)

I was playing my Monk since I was leveling it and he just kept going on and on about how I suck as a Monk for not being able to keep up with him constantly moving the mobs around. Then he started telling me I would do better as a DRG because how "bad" I was playing a MNK and added the salty reply that DRG would suit me for being a LOL Dragoon.

Then everyone else in the group told him he was being a A** to me then he started insulting the other members for defending me.

I only replied back that he expect too much and if he wanted that ideal group he should make a premade group but of course he was only with us because of Roulette.

Speaking as a monk (and a quite skilled one at that, judging from what I've been told), he's going to be hard pressed to find a monk that thinks he's a good tank if he's constantly moving when there's no reason to move.

That's more or less the stupiest Thing ever and the first Thing you should learn not to do as a tank... (also with ninja and Dragoon but to a lesser degree)
You shouldn't bother with what he said at all.

I'd call it just as important a with a dragoon. Missing a Blood of the Dragon finisher really sucks.

I have to admit I've no idea about the new classes skill and the Statement for ninja and dragoon was from clouded of lvl50 Charakters,
but eitherway I (and i think that goes for most other tanks) try to Limit movement as much as possible when Close combat dd's are involved.
