I have recently visited the official webpage of FINAL FANTASY XIV (NA version) and checked information about Gridania at the following "path": World > Eorzea > Gridania > The Guilds
The text on the right side of the page is related to Ul'dah. It reads as follows:

The choice of a guild can prove the defining moment in an adventurer's budding career, and Ul'dah offers a wide variety of unique options, many of which include businesses and organizations that constitute the backbone of the desert city's government and economy.

So it does (msp?) Limsa Lominsa at the following "path": World > Eorzea > Limsa Lominsa > The Guilds
