correct, after a certain level pre HW, lower level leves gave less EXP, this was not the case and it was not working as intended.

There's no exploit in that video. That's literally how aetherial reduction is supposed to work. Those items have scare little purpose in existing apart from being turned into crystals and sand. Come to think of it, the video doesn't even show the real trick to it, so I guess there's no problem.

Well we were talking about the leves being a possible exploit, that gathering video is different, i think it just gives too much and it could saturate the market unless its reduced

And during that time an HQ turn in gave 3 times the normal EXP.

Err, no, you're not guaranteed to get that amount of clusters every time, it's a random number and you can get much less. Considering the MC3 stuff requires clusters though, it's much better to have the clusters needed for them freely available than just getting 45 an hour or w/e.
