New player looking for Active Server NA

Hello!

Balmung is a really fat server, we're always doing something. You'll have to pay attention to server maintenance, downtime, and or crashes to get on though. Balmung is nearly always locked; however, using a server transfer can help bypass that issue. We're also known for being an unofficial (pretty much offical) RP community, that doesn't mean there is no raiding though - you'll find people RPing in raid gear just cause lol. I personally do not RP, and no one will judge you for that - but public RP haters will be eaten alive lol.

One important thing to note is that the duty finder queueing goes through a data center, so you are grouped with other servers. Therefore changing your server may or may not change your data center. Unfortunately DD queues are notoriously longer than tank or healer queues (times should get better as you level and go through the story though, joining the pack ). You happen to be on the Aether data center, which has both massive servers Balmung and Gilgamesh (I've heard Sargatanas is getting fairly big now too).

Maybe try asking for help or using party finder, I'm not sure how receptive Adamantoise is but if you transfer to the larger servers I'm sure people will help you there. I'd definitely help if I'm on and you need some story dungeon.
