[Brynhildr] Advice on picking a FC?

My buddies and I are looking for a FC. All three of us want to join the same FC, and I was hoping I could get some advice on FCs or how to look?

Here's What we're looking for:

~Casual
We can't play every day, and we're behind. We're 50+, but we're still gear grinding, class grinding, etc. We don't necessarily need help rushing it (not that we'll turn it down), we need a FC that will not push a rush to the end for end content.

~Active
Specifically for evenings PST. If we can play, it's usually after 5 or 6 pm on weekdays PST (weekends vary). Because of this, our primary reason for seeking out a FC is for raiding (when we get there) and dungeon crawling. At least one of us logs in per day. We don't want to join a FC where only one or two people will be on when we can.

~Reasonably Sized
We also don't want to join a FC so large that no one knows us, our goals, etc. We would prefer a FC with a smaller, tight-knit community that is consistently active.

I am looking for a free company, I used to play a while back and had to stop because of school but I have started back, I have a Lvl 30 Arc, Lvl 28 Lth, I do a bit of crafting and try to make that my priority but I do combat as well
