Depends on the situation. Holy is still a good use when AOE's are needed and tied with Assize. This can bring out some quick / large DPS. DOTS and Stone 3 are the typically standard for long fights but during that process you should use some GCD's to squeeze out a little more. Presence of mind is nice because the faster you are the more dps you can unleash
