When going for maximum single target burst at the beginning of a fight *Stares at Faust and Oppressor* I tend to do Aero II >> Aero >> Swiftcast + Aero III >> Pressence of Mind >> Stone III spam (reapply Aero II when it's about to fall off).

Admittedly, Aero III during pull into Aero II >> Aero >> Pressence of Mind >> Stone III spam is probably much more effective if you can predict tank pull.

As has been mentioned, Stone III does more damage than Aero, but weaving Aero in and using oGCD abilities will maximize oGCD efficiency, so make sure to take that into account.
