cannot access hard mode roulette

I should have access to hard mode roulette, but it still has a few hard mode dungeons as needing completion. I know they have been completed, because I have them in my journal under completed quests.

It says I still need:
Copperbell hard
Haukke hard
Halatali hard
Brayflox hard

In my completed quests logs, I have finished:
Out of sight out of mine
maniac manor
this time's for fun
curds and slay

Not sure what's up but I'd like my hard mode roulette.

Have you actually beat the dungeons yet? IIRC you have to manually select the dungeons in DF and complete them once for them to count towards unlocking the low and high level roulettes.
