    Quick Question About Loot Rules

Is there any way to change the loot rules for when you're doing treasure hunts? This is particularly an issue with the Dragonskin Maps, as even when you agree upon a rule such as "player X gets item Y if it drops", some players won't adhere to it, and then you're forced to file a report and hope that comes through. Being able to enable Lootmaster to work on these treasure chests would be a lot simpler, but from testing with a Wyvernskin map, it doesn't seem to work.....

Is there a way to enable it other than through the DF menu, does it just not work on maps below Dragonskin, or will we just have to hope the honor system holds up to prevent report filing?

I'm asking this as I'm the one gathering the maps and putting together the PF groups when I don't have enough people online to form one out of just friends. I'm specifically trying to get the Silk, (which is already a rare drop), for my GF, with the rule I place being that anything else is free game. I currently have three maps to run tonight, (I was just gathering and not running the past couple of days), so any suggestions would be nice.....

As for the report filing, I have yet to have to do this, (due to no drops on the silk since I started gathering the maps), but I also know that you can't really trust people to hold to their word on an item that sells for a couple million gil right now. I also know that any agreements made in chat are considered binding, and that breaking of said agreements is a reportable offense that GMs will actually do something about. I'm just hoping to be able to avoid this step by preventing it from coming to that.....

As far as I know, Lootmaster can only be enabled for DF content. As timeworn maps are not part of DF content, it cannot be 'Lootmastered.'
This would be a great feature to have though. I've seen many map items go to the wrong guy, and it's always resoved with a quick trade, it does kinda hold everyone up while they figure it out and /slap the guy a couple times.

Unfortunately not, I usually only do Dragonskin maps with FC/Linkshell and 3-4 people.

We try have everyone bring the same # of maps and random drop is kept by the person that gets it, and hope the RNGeezus evens out on the random drop over multiple maps. But the rolled loot goes to the map owner and honestly only Thav Silk is pricy now? Rush grass is like junk NPC mat and blue fox hide price dropping fast and even Thav leather is around 100k now.

Yea. I did manage to get a good group together. We did four maps, and the only "Loot" drop was the Fox Hide. Still, I really wish they would let you set loot rules on treasure hunts. It would probably encourage more PF groups for it. As is, I've never seen a group in PF besides when I do it. My problem is that all my FC members and friends are so spread out over different times of day, since I have some days when I'm on early, and others when I'm on late. Not to mention that the few that are on most of the time still aren't up to 60 yet, or, (more often), are below even 55 because of time constraints, crafting, ect......

EDIT: Anyhow, thanks for confirming what I suspected. I prefer to check with other people, as I have a tendency to overlook even obvious options at times.....
