That's more or less the stupiest Thing ever and the first Thing you should learn not to do as a tank... (also with ninja and Dragoon but to a lesser degree)

I'd call it just as important a with a dragoon. Missing a Blood of the Dragon finisher really sucks.

Only been called it once, about a month or so back.
During a Paladin run in T4 to get more runs for the Lion mount since I had the WAR one on my main.

A fully dreadwyrm geared WAR refused to take the adds while I went for the Dreads
He was spirit bonding some accessories but wanted hate on the dreads I took so everyone died.
Party asked him why he wasn't getting the adds, he said its a PLD's job to do that so he wouldn't do it,
Said we were filthy casuals, yet he couldn't get hate off of me. He came back next run in his full gear
and proclaimed that all hate would be his, but even though I had full ironworks and a WoD chest piece I still didn't lose hate
until he provoked the dreads off of me, but I got them back fast. He would drag the Dread around to kill
the other party members when I allowed him to MT.

I have to admit I've no idea about the new classes skill and the Statement for ninja and dragoon was from clouded of lvl50 Charakters,
but eitherway I (and i think that goes for most other tanks) try to Limit movement as much as possible when Close combat dd's are involved.

I don't think I've ever been called a casual, come to think of it.
I've certainly been called out abrasively when I mess something up. But it's when I mess up, so I'm pretty deserving of it being brought to my attention, as when I mess up it's usually a really big mistake. lol

Never been called a casual, but i have been called a scrub healer for not being able to keep up the heals with a full 2nd half of the dungeon pull on AST with two monks as the DPS. (Copperbell HM, pull included the slimes at the end).

In short: i ran out of MP because AST doesnt have anything like divine seal or a quicker MP refresher like Aetherflow and energy drain. And yes i did draw ewer and used it on myself and bole on tank since it was on spread. I was low on mp before pull.

Unless we are getting paid by SE to do our "jobs", then we are all casuals. We are playing this game on our downtime...for fun. I would say that is being pretty casual, right there. On a side note, I haven't been called that yet, but maybe b/c I usually beat them to the punch when I mess up and say, "sorry guys, I was too busy being a filthy casual." I don't know, I think people that take this game that serious are hilarious.

Are you queueing for the lvl 1 to 50 dungeons? Those low level dungeon queues are quite low now for DD due to the increase of new players and tanks.

lvl 51 to 60 dungeons however, is a different story and so far my average wait time for lvl 51 to 60 Dungeons as a DPS is around 15 to 30 minute wait today.
