    Any comment on the rampant 90002 errors?

    Ever since the last patch 3.1 I have constant 90002 errors. I can go for several hours with out a single problem then for the next couple of hours I cant stay connected for more than a couple minutes then lag/crash 90002. And please don't say to reset my router (the response I got from in game support) because the issue isn't on my end and from the numerous complaints on my server and on these boards I am far from the only one having this problem.

    Any type of comment or at least acknowledgement of the problem would be a nice start from SE.

    Having same problem, This is something on your end because nothing else is affected, Heroes Of The Storm any tabs open etc.(nothing)

    Already tried resetting my router. Also did network checks, it says mine is stable. again something you did last patch screwed many of us over

    I had this since Alexander patch. Every day, multiple times i get disconnected. All other internet activity works perfectly fine while FFXIV gets that dc

    Tried resetting router, no difference.

    ridiculous

    this is absolutely ridiculous i cant stay on for more than 15 minutes at a time i have tried EVERYTHING even got WTFfast AND battle ping and nothing works. please FIX THIS SOON.

    Virgin has been having issues in general, according to their forums (people been posting issues with various games in different regions for a few days now). May be something going on upstream from your local connection, but before you get to Ormuco:

    The same can apply to a long list of other providers. May want to check your route to the servers out. If you aren't getting consistently low latency, or there is any significant packet loss along the way it can be a large part of the problem. Even if the servers are perfect, if anything causes you to get out of synch with the ~300ms cycle this game runs on you can have all kinds of stability problems.

    I'm having this problem as well. I cannot stay connected for more than 15 minutes without a crash.
