Titan is if its an overall question. Its a fight where ilvl wont do a damn thing for ya if you can't move out of his attacks. It's alot less forgiving imo.

Once you learned to dodge, Titan was a pushover.
Caduceus however, began hitting very hard near the end unless you wanted to extend the fight with plenty of slimes. This only hurt healers MP as the fight went on and on.

Neither is harder than the other.
It all depends on the group you are with doing said content.
If they're competent at their jobs, both fights are easy at the ilvls you stated.
Cad was done in significantly less than i70, and nobody even bothered with the slimes then. So it was literally just burn two bosses at the same time, pop CDs as stacks got higher, gg.
Titan early on was a lot more difficult, but it was essentially a memorization fight (much like HM). You didn't really need to worry about pushing phases since DPS was so low and the hardest part was adds + bombs.
I'd say Titan was harder simply because it actually took some thought and planning ahead, whereas Cad was pretty much faceroll.

Full Darklight PLD has about 5400 hp? I remember when I was on first coil progression and getting hoodswinged for 4k, it wasn't very fun. A joke now with echo though.
Titan EX on the other hand was pretty easy when it came out, clearing on PF and DF when I was on Mandragora server (JP), the ilvl req for PF was usually just around 70-75 though people tend to come better geared than that.
True to some extent but heh, I remember going close to minimal ilvl and seeing 3rd set of gaolers and titan does upheaval immediately right afterwards instead of bombs, it gets messy but still can manage. Though that was way below i90.
