Do people still play in PvP?

I've been trying to do some PvP becasue I want to get R44 on my character so I can wear those amazing PvP armors, but it seems that no one does PvP anymore, but I keep seeing new DRK and MCH with some of the PvP armors and weapons.

Is there a way to get rank points that I'm not aware of? Even going into PvP roulette has proven to be impossible. Any tips? :O

Your character only has one PvP rank per GC. If you're PvP rank 45 you can buy any rank armor the vender has. Many people got max PvP rank awhile ago, before 3.0.

edit: if you mean pvp seals, people also maxed those out awhile ago when PvP had a decent pop rate. Mine have been maxed for awhile.

If you need xp. Get some shouts for wolves den on tuesdays for the xp challenge log. For queing for anything all rank 45s are waiting for the new maps and sets.

Here's hoping it's not GC-based, which is the problem with Cartenau Flats. I already know what the map and gamemode (but not how it works) of the new FL is but I can't really tell if it's GC-based or not.

I have been trying to PvP ever since HW's launch and no luck.

It's still gc based despite the "entire" pvp community asking for it to be removed. But you know lore and stuff...new gc based rewards are coming based on which gc in each data center wins the most.

Watch as everyone and their mothers switch to mael, gj se.

Gonna give it a try on tuesdays as Stormrider said, maybe that will help. It's kinda sad that they give some really good armors there but no one wants to do PvP anymore. (I kinda see why though) :P

I tried to pvp on masa, but the Q time was over 70 hours before I gave up and did other things. I'll need to schedule pvp events with my fc if I ever hope to get the pvp gear.
