Just FYI for those on console, you can make a focus target macro.

I have mine next to my number markers on 4th hotbar. One click! This way I don't have to hit square and cycle through the menu, esp if I forgot and need to do it mid fight

Its literally pressing Square > up on D-pad > X. Anyone who has played mortal combat will tell you, you can do this faster than pressing ctrl + f. Very few things i can do faster on a mouse/keyboard than my controller.
