How do you cap red scrips quickly and cheaply?

I've checked a couple of red scrips turn-ins required and they all are recipes from Master Books III which require expensive mats and give very low (~10-12) scrips per craft, are you supposed to spend 1m+ every week just for capping scrips or am I doing something wrong?
Haven't checked gatherers scrips but hopefully they are not from Folklore books which I don't have, that will make me skip first's week limit because not enough time left.

Rowena's racket establishment asks for different items everyday, switching at 4 PM EDT. If they're not asking for anything feasible that day, wait the next day. The scrip return can go at least as high as 22 for the minimum collectability hand in, and the requests can be as trivial as Lv 60 items not in the master book.

Thanks ,I guess I need to get all crafters to 60 ASAP for a wider selection of token choices.

The best advice I can give you is to say "Screw it, this isn't worth it". Because it's not.

Definitely. Culinarian is probably going to generally be the easiest on materials while I can't ever imagine what circumstances would conspire to get me to do Blacksmithing, Armoring, Weaving or Leatherworking.

Nope, I figured culinarian is the least rewarding one and sometimes even more expensive to craft than other crafts as stupid as it sounds.
    Goldsmith is pretty easy though.

I only turn in high-demand items (marked with star icon), maximum scrips I get was 26 per craft.
I'm 60 in all DoL & DoH, I gathered all mats by myself, so no problem for me. You're screwed if you're not, those mats really expensive, especially now.

You don't need folklore books to get gatherers scrips.

Yesterday,I turned in Moral Salads for 300 red scripts, not buying anything from marketboard except crystals ..
Today,I'll turn in Deep-Fried Okeanis and capped this shit.
And screw all those items that need Dissolvant and Adamantine, yes they can give me more amount of red scripts but thoses mats are pain to get.

Right now it's the only way to get BiS primary tools (3 weekly lockouts each). Whether its worth it or not is arguable, amateur crafters/gatheres definitelly don't need it.
As far as I understand all i180 red token armor has its i170 craftable counterparts which may or may not be better because of overmelds, so one can save on these assuming they are cheaper to craft.

Yes, it's the only way to get the BiS primary tools, which have the same stats as the current level 60 HQ tools unless you manage to HQ it, and you have about one chance per week at getting to craft for a pittance more stats. I'd argue that it does hold some small amount of water(albeit not much) for secondary tools, as the boost you get to those is more than the primaries, but it's definitely not worth it for anything but tools.

And no, the 180 crafted DoW/DoM gear is not great. Even if you took the time to overmeld it with grade V materia for some reason, pentameld it, and god forbid actually craft it, you're both sinking in a massive amount of time, effort, and money into a piece of equipment that is both the same model AND color as the 160 crafted(Seriously it's the exact same model what the hell) and is overall going to be weaker than just getting law tome gear anyway.

Now, as I've established that the current BiS crafting gear is a slight boost at best, and the current crafted gear for DoW/DoM sucks in every way, I ask you an important question- even if you did get all the best-in-slot gear for your crafting, what would you craft with it? Everything red scrips introduced is only useful for crafters or gatherers, and they won't be buying those things considering how inconsequential they are. There's no endgame market, just a bunch of time, gil, and effort poured into absolute jack.
