this game isnt meant for people to have to rank everything up to be an effective player, should remain optional.

I agree, though this isn't a bad idea, the simple fact remains there are people, like myself -technically- who focus on one job and take pride in that job, I shouldn't HAVE to level everything else up just to be useful.
