Hello, So a friend of mine though about this but I though I should post it online.
If you were to Rank up Thaum and have most of the THAUM skill when you played other jobs, Shouldn't we have a BONUS for having Thaum ranked up?
Each job DoL DoH and Doh should have a natural STATS bonus for ranking it up- It would counter players buying gil to buy gear- and it would make players who puts effort into the game have better stats, also on top of that It will actually make players have to play CRAFTING/ GATHERING/ and BATTLE JOB to become the best of them self instead of not playing Gathering and crafting and just buying gear/gil.
EXAMPLE: Let's say I have only Thaum Rank 50- When playing other job then thaum while having thaum at 50 I should have a bonus ON mind and pie
Example 2: Let's say I have only Conj 50 - It should have a natural Bonus ON mind and Pie since it' has high mp and power for magic when playing OTHER job then Conj
Example 3: let's say I have only Glad 50- It should have a natural bonus on STR/Vit when playing other job then Glad-
Example 4: Let's say I have only Arc 50- It should have natural BONUS on STR/DEX when playing other job then Arc-
Now let's just be more realistic as well the BONUS of VIT for thaum should be less then glad- although it should get a bonus since it's the only 2 stats that are better then conj
same for arc/glad the Str for archer bonus should be a little higher then the str for Glad.
so if you had a miner ranked up you would get bonus of VIT + MIND on other job's then miner for all jobs
same for crafter w/e stats that craft weild should get a bonus on that + element that they use, this would force conjurers to actually craft for elemental attack/resistance and same for glad players- they would have to craft on the job.
On top of that It would make a player Craft specific Crafting if they wanted to be better tank vs this element or that element- It would make players unique in the future since that's what SE wants.
So what i was thinking was a little like this
Just like food but for the job you ranked up instead and put a quest to make it more complicated before able to get those bonus at 45 since there's quest for job at 20 30 36

weav- elemental bonus 2% dex
reason why some crafting i choose secondary stats is because- there would end up being more vit then any other stats to be more even i think it should be this way if se ever thinks of testing this out. and the single job that rank up smith or culinary would have that much bonus since its the only job they got rank up for that stat- not 4%total but 3% total but they only had to work 1 job so thats why they get 3%.
I think this would help a lot.
