Why can't my friend play with me on my server Malboro.

They have a server queue, where is the character creation queue.

Servers with a high population get creation locked to help spread players to other servers and not overburden the congested servers. Sometimes they just need to make the character during the time very few are on and other times they need to make a character and actually do a paid transfer to that server. Yes it may suck but its about balancing the servers and not overworking them and a paid transfer is extra money so kind of buying precedence.
