<Akh'mom's Spaghetti> Miri pulled out a leviasickle. The hot thananalan sun forcing an early melt. Drops of the blue lolly ran down her fingers as she hastily sucked on it. Her bottom lip slowly turning blue from the cold and colours as it curled and dragged from the bottom of it to the top.
um, wait, what? So which is it?

Under the current system you don't lose your house no matter how inactive you are.
They WANTED to put in the inactive after 35 days thing (around 2.2), but due to the backlash it was withdrawn before it was even implemented and they were going to rethink it. Nothing new has come up since then.
That second message isn't even spelt correctly... "looses his house" lol
I still would like a confirmation by SE

Sorry, but SE don't reply to these forums for technical support, they're for players helping other players.
Closest you're going to get is from a community rep:

Thank you for all the feedback on this.
Based on all of the comments, we’ll be spending a bit more time looking into the automatic removal of land and house feature again, and we expect to implement it sometime after patch 2.4. Once the details have been finalized we will be sure to make an announcement.
That was last July though and there hasn't been anything new since then because there hasn't been any inactivity system added. Not to say it won't be in the future, but right now there isn't one.
Any future changes will be in the patch notes.
