question about fantasia + glamour

sorry if this is not where questions like this belong - i couldn't seem to find an appropriate subforum.

so whenever i manage to get the money to get heavensward, i'm considering using a fantasia on my character to change into an au ra. my issue is that, as a female miqo'te, some of my gear is glamoured into the female yukata. i kind of want to know if anyone can tell me what'll happen to my gear if i fantasia to an auri male.

like, will i have to dispell all the glamours on my armor before i can equip it? or if it's already equipped will it be unequipped upon logging in, or straight-up not let me change to a male unless i unequip before using the fantasia?

it's not a huge deal, but i'm garbage at making money so glamour prisms are kinda expensive for me. but i'm simultaneously very invested in looking cute 24/7. you feel me?

When I changed this character from hyur to au ra, any of the hyur-exclusive stuff was just auto-unequipped. I assume you'll have to dispel the glamours to reequip it.

You have to unequip everything before you fantasia. When you put gear back on, the invalid glamour just won't show and i t'll revert to the item's original appearance.

It doesn't need to be dispelled in order to wear it, the glamour just won't show on a class/race/gender that can't normally equip the source item.

And it order to use a fantasia they make you take off all of your equipment before redoing the character creation anyway.
