It should also be noted that although using Butchers block will net you extra DPS, it will most likely overwhelm your main tank if he is not wearing STR/melded accessories and you don't have a ninja in your group. If you don't want to rip off hate from your MT, use Storm's path combo instead of Butchers.

Regarding the SS, I'd say around 510-520 should be safe for 9 hits, didn't really pay that much attention to it since even higher SS is still beneficial for a WAR, we simply never run out of TP.
