    A 3 Minute parse is a burst parse, your Crit RNG will probably have a bigger effect on the number than whether or not you use fracture.

    I believe that if you do the opener where Demo is your third GCD and you don't put up ToD until after PB falls your rotation will look something like this :

    ... > Demo > ... ToD > Demo > ... ToD > ... Demo > ... Fracture > Demo> ToD > Demo > ..

    That's one fracture per ~3 Demos : ( I don't wanna say the rotation starts over at the Bolded Demo, only because I can't recall what that Demo's time will be at when you do the ToD after it, but we can treat it like it does)

    So we can simplify this, and I mean simplify this alot because there is a lot more math that goes into this than what I am about to do:

    1 Fracture per Minute or so (though it feels like you use it less than that, closer to 1.5 ~ 2 Minutes IMHO), instead of a having ~1 Clipped Demo. This means that instead of

    (Demo - 1 Tick) + Demo + DragonKick/Bootshine. We have :

    (Demo) + Fracture + Demo.

    In this case the Italized Demo is the one you applied ~21 seconds before and you are risking the clip.

    The Potency difference is : (350 - 40) + 350 + (225+150)/2 = (350) + 220 + 350 + Delta.

    Delta = 220 + 40 - 187.5 = Very very roughly, 72.5 Potency gain a minute before you factor buffs and debuffs like GL3, Twin Snakes, Dragon Kick, Was Internal Release on the previous Demolish, Was Battle Litany, Was Blood For Blood, XPot, etc...

    I'd very very roughly ballpark it around getting 1 Free shoulder tackle every minute or so if you do it optimally, but again this is very very very rough math. IMHO Fracture is a neat trick to push dps a little bit more but it is not worth it if you do not take the time to learn when is the best time to use it, if that.

    If anyone wants to check what I posted and revise/tell me I'm wrong, please do, its been a while since I sat down and played with numbers in front of a striking dummy.

    from my testing on this when the subject come up to begin with, it was approx 30-40 dps gain using fracture with proper rotation, with full i210 its probably closer to about 60-70 at a guess, i remember it being about 40% of the overall fracture damage anyway.

    Let's say you do 1500 over 3 minutes. You can simply go look at what percent fracture did of that, I'm going say it's going be about 2%. 1500 · 2% = 30 dps added over 3 minutes. That's not counting the rotational benefit from demo timers. So it's Prolly on the 40ish 50ish dps end. I don't think you will ever use enough fractures to make up more than 2% of your dps without lots of tp, or just dropping DK or Twin multiply times which will lose more dps than it will yeild. FRACTURE SHOULD ONLY BE USED TO ACCOMMODATE DEMO TIMERS.

    ok does popping IR then bootshine increase BS dmg? last time i check CD such as IR abd battle litany only increase chance and not crit dmg.

    It only increases your crit chance. While it does say "Critical Hit Rate" on both skills like IR, and your character stats, it's not the same... When it comes to skills, they never affect your crit stat, they always just talk about how often you will crit (%).

    1.52016317 or 152% your base damage using the forumla below.

    ((CRT-354)/(858*5))+1.45 => ((655-354)/(858*5))+1.45

    If you wanna line Interal Release up with something, Line it up with Demolish.

    thank Ossom. so without food i have 152% crit dmg? then my next question the the percentage per crit increase? like if i use HQ baked Papira food ? i cant understand the formula since im not good with math, lol idont even know how to solve that.
