With fracture, I find the best time to squeeze it in is after u happen to apply Demolish and Touch of Death at the same time. The next time u will apply Demolish in this situation, ull face a demolish tick that's still at about 5 seconds and if u clip that by applying demolish, you'll lose a bit of dps, so I wait by filling Fracture in. This also makes DK very close, it might even fall off as ur about to reapply it, but it won't be long enough to argue it a DPS loss with Fracture.

Also I know this might seem silly, but do u also use target lock? You don't have to if you strafe, as long as u face boss and dont lose auto attacks.

Dont apply Internal Release and Blood for Blood until you r also applying DK and Twin.

tbh though. 5 overall ilvls might mean more of a difference than u think.
