At 853 you run out at around 202 seconds and at 973 at around 195 seconds. The current issue for MNK is that it is impossible to avoid having this ridiculous amount of SkS. If it was possible having less SkS that would be great but now with the stupid level we're at it's not going to make that much more of a difference going all the way up to 973.
I was not aware that there was a report of a miss but it's an easy fix by removing 1 crit materia and one SkS materia and using the steamed staff instead.
