    I should've asked this a while ago but has anyone run into a situation where facture can't be applied anywhere in the rotation without anything falling off? And I don't just mean the opener, I've looked at my rotation several min in and still nothing. I stopped using it because of this and forgot about it.

    It can be tough to fit in for actual fights. Personally, I rarely bother with using Fracture for offsetting Demolish because lots of targets don't last long enough for it anyhow! I use it either because there's 20 seconds left (so it'll outdo ToD) or because I'm going with the TP burn rotation (ToD - 6 GCDs - Fracture - 6 GCDs, repeat).

    I think rather than liberally applying Fracture at every opportunity you have, it's more important to use it as a filler to avoid clipping on buffed DoTs. If you can afford the resources, definitely squeeze it in over a Snap Punch when BFB/IR or other raid-wide buffs such as Battle Litany/Trick Attack are active, otherwise you become a liability for your raid at some point due to the TP drain.

    My issue is there seems to be no place to use frac without anything falling off(anything=demo,ToD,DK,TS). Was wondering if anyone else has had this prob. Like there's definitely a place for an extra gcd since I can easily keep ToD up but that's it. Everything else just barely gets refreshed on time when going through the rotation properly. Tbh I don't really care that I can't use it since it makes playing the job easier but I was just wondering if not being able to fit it in for reasons other than tp are unheard of.

    This has been explained before.

    You get one free GCD inbetween each Dragon Kick for either Fracture or ToD. Along with that you only want to do one extra GCD (Fracture or ToD) inbetween each Demolish.

    You can easily keep up every buff/debuff (GL3, Twin Snakes, Dragon Kick) and every DoT (Touch of Death, Demolish) 100% of the time, except Fracture, which IIRC should have between 60-80% uptime.

    Hi there. I'm looking for a decent opener including a full rotation. I have not played for almost a year and just came back recently with no idea whats going on. I did unlock B4B and Fracture so I'm no stranger to the requirements.
    So yeah, would be much appreciated if someone could post a full, decent rotation including opener and positioning. I don't really care much for potions at this point. Looking forward to your answers.

    I've changed my rotation around and have found good result with it if anyone wants a decent opener that doesn't require you to form shift. It's basically the 2.0 Opener and from what I can see it is a dps increase over the 3.0 Rotation I listed, in that you are basically swapping a Snap Punch for a Fracture.

    Rotation :

    Perfect Balance > Snap Punch > Snap Punch > Demolish > Dragon Kick > Blood for Blood > Twin Snakes > Internal Release > Bootshine > X-Potion > Touch of Death > Elixir Field > True Strike > Steel Peak > Snap Punch > Howling Fists > Dragon Kick > Shoulder Tackle > Twin Snakes > Forbidden Chakra > Fracture > Demolish

    Let me know if you try it out and see any flaws, I've just started to hate doing form shift at the start for what seems to not be a dps gain.

    You're not getting the crit on the first bootshine. (I'm an idiot...nevermind)

    I would also use fracture first instead of ToD so you can get 2x fracture in, for fights like A3S, which would be a DPS increase. It really depends on how long the opening phase is for a certain fight.

    I start my b4b after twin snakes so I get an extra bootshine/true crit with 10% damage also.

    You can't get a guaranteed crit on the first bootshine after Perfect Balance, regardless of your opening rotation. After PB falls off you are formless, even if you use Snap Puch/Demo right before PB ends, so a regular bootshine is unavoidable. It can still crit though.
