Thread: Monk 3.0 CHAKRA UNLEASHED

Hmm.. Well my Monk is 210 w/ 210 Weapon but I am unable to parse (ps4 scrub lol). I figured 1.4K was something Monks weren't really reaching unless they were fully geared. Guess I was wrong.

Not exactly sure what you are referring to as the original 3.0 Rotation? I've been using the same once since 3.0

Make sure that when you compare yourself to these people you are also using the party buff btw.

I was in a party, a friend of mine was parsing me. Yeah the 3.0 rotation is pretty much what you've seen in the video, then 3.07 patch came out then yours (Ossom) was posted in the front page as the best one. Like I said, I'll fallow what works and gives me the best result until proven otherwise.

If I have miss it I apologize, like I said I'm not starting a fight or an argument but a good sport of debate. If you do t mind could you repost a link to that. Monk is my favorite job.

What was your ilvl when you accomplish this numbers?

ilvl was 204 at the time, its 207 now and dps is a little over 1430, im sure with weapon it would be over 1450 like I said, or with better crit RNG.

Very nice at your ilvl 204 u were able to hit 1400+ on that, the video that I was showing for comparison sake was ilvl 198 and able to hit that numbers as well . Another one that I saw today ilvl 202 was able to hit 1400 as well. What I'm trying to get at is that either opener I use will give me same results, I'm not trying to dish or put anyone on the spot as far there and your accomplish goes, so dint get mad.

Now mind you that this monk use food and POT at ilvl 198 also got the same numbers as you did. And then there's the spike dmg we also have to look at, again that also varies in crit range, he spike at 1.8k which I also have gotten when I was only at ilvl 196. I had a crit range of 27% , I don't have the data to back it up so you can either take my word for it or not.

But at ilvl 198 and 202 getting the same numbers as you do at ilvl 204, these a big difference in numbers as far as which rotation yields better results. Again I'm not trying to start anything just a friendly debate that's all.

I was getting 1400 as well at 202. 198 I want to say I was getting 1370s+ on good RNG crits, but again Im not using food/party buff or pots. I remember doing a few sessions and a friend joined me and my dps spiked up by 30-40 from the str party buff alone, so party buff is pretty good chunk of extra dps for sure.
