    This happened to Lamia last week. SE got it back up and running in an hour, with the official explanation "server program error."

    Give them a while to reboot it and feed the hamsters.

    ;_; they need to invest in better hamsters, I think. Or make sure they keep a good stock of hamster food so they don't run out.
