    Nope I am PC. And it is not just while playing FFXIV and not all the time every time, but it only started after I reinstalled so I am having a hard time connecting it to anything else. I know I had similar problems at launch but I can't for the life of me remember if they went away on their own or if (and how) I fixed it then. I'm at a loss.

    wifi can be subject to all sorts of interference. I recommend you use an actual wire if possible, but recognizing that it might not be... Run this program and paste the results here. Cactuar's IP is 199.91.189.23, which I would try putting into winMTR's destination box.
