As happy as I am with the DRK animations, this one is certainly one that does stick out a bit, and does feel a bit mixed up as things are now. The downward swing of Soul Eater definitely looks like more of an actual power slash than anything that comes out of the actual skill. Likewise, the magical bit from Powerslash would probably fit better with Soul Eater's theme.

That said, I'm not really that bothered. DRK has a lot of problems that need addressing. Something like this is far off the radar.
